Exciting news from phpCon 2002
(News)
-
Vanessa and and myself finally got to meet with him, and we are having a great time at the conference, as well as in San Francisco.
We held our conference session today, and the room was moderately packed, and there was a *lot* of interest in PostNuke - which was surprisingly refreshing. We even held an impromptu 'Birds of a Feather' sessions about PostNuke details, fine tuning, tweaks, optimizations, and so forth.
Seeing Rasmus speak at the keynote was fun - great guy, and his 'tips and tricks' sessions was invaluable and informative.
Oh, and we made a bunch or really cool announcements about the future of PostNuke technologies that should make everyone happy - it sure galvanized interest right after our conference - no teases, it would just take far too long to do this now.
Look forward to seeing news from Vanessa, Neo and myself on Monday.
Cheers,
Harr

Feedback Session at Oreilly Open Source Convention
(News)
-
Arguably one of the best parts of conferences are the Birds of a Feather (BOF) sessions. What is a BOF you ask?
BOF /B-O-F/ or /bof/ n.
1.[common] Abbreviation for the phrase "Birds Of a Feather" (flocking together), an informal discussion group and/or bull session scheduled on a conference program. It is not clear where or when this term originated, but it is now associated with the USENIX conferences for Unix techies and was already established there by 1984. It was used earlier than that at DECUS conferences and is reported to have been common at SHARE meetings as far back as the early 1960s.
Given enough interest, we will hold our very own PostNuke BOF at the conference. Topics are up to you! How about some of the following:
A roadmap for PostNuke
The PostNuke development process: A view from the inside
Why havent you implemented my pet feature yet?
