COPPA

Your posting on the List Server over the week-end makes me wonder whether
your site complies with the federal Child On-Line Privacy Protection Act. I
suspect your site cannot screen out participants who are under 13 and so you
may be in violation. If you need more information about COPPA, I understand
the Federal Trade Commission has a bulletin you can access through a web
site it maintains. If you haven't considered the impact of COPPA on your
site, you should do so immediately to avoid any legal problems.

Has anyone researched this can we refuse 13 year olds from using a site and do you think by posting a Privacy Notice on the Web Site will solve the perceived problem.

i stumbled across your site after 2 weeks of intense searching - this would
make a wonderful addition to the phpnuke / postnuke (
http://www.postnuke.com/ ) modules -- if this works in english, great! if it
doesn\'t I can get some developers interested in the translation -- looks
to be a wonderful product- for it to be a big success it will have to be
ported to english -- you may want to list your nuke homepages module on
www.hotscripts.com as they are a large php script resource... it will bring
you traffic for your site as well...

thanks, peace.

zen and the fine art of searching

perhaps the search module should incorporate a true weighting, if a link is added, what keywords should it be weighted to show higher on... this would facilitate paid placement...

error.php fix

Just replace "$docroot$REQUEST_URI" with "$nukeurl$REDIRECT_URL" (around line 210). Also make sure to add $REDIRECT_URL to globals in the function. (line 192). Do the same for the funtext if you want it.

Funtext doesn't work with IE 4.0 I tried to figure it out unsuccessfully anyone got that fixed?
